Refund Policy

At XOMD™ Skincare Canada, we value your experience and want you to feel confident when purchasing our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Please Inspect Your Order

When your order arrives, please take a moment to carefully inspect your products.

If you notice any of the following:
  • Defects
  • Damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect product shipped

Please contact us immediately at info@xomdskin.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll promptly review the situation and work with you to make it right.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that skincare is personal. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@xomdskin.ca with the following information (matching your original order):
  • Full name
  • Shipping address
  • Billing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
Return Authorization Required

Once your return is approved, we will:
  • Provide you with a Return Authorization
  • Send a return shipping label
  • Give you clear step-by-step instructions
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.
If you do not receive a response within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder and follow up with us.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:
  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Processing typically takes 10–15 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@xomdskin.ca .
